Gas Detection Equipment for Explosion Protection

Use and Operation

This Code of Practice provides instructions for the configuration, commissioning, use, service and repair of electrically operating devices (Group II) designed for industrial and commercial safety applications in order to detect and to meter flammable gases/vapors and oxygen.

This publication is a compilation of practical experience intended to support the user and it addresses to persons who design, first put into service, use, maintain and repair gas detection equipment for flammable gases/vapors and oxygen.
